Job summary

Ripple is seeking a Professional Services Consultant in California to drive successful implementations of Ripple Treasury for global clients. You will lead discovery sessions, design the optimal configuration, and act as a trusted advisor to modernize treasury processes.

In this role you’ll translate finance concepts for CFOs, coordinate with Sales, Product, and Engineering, and enable clients to maximize ROI from Ripple Treasury solutions. Hybrid work options available.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in client-facing solution consulting and/or software implementations, specifically in ERP or SaaS
• Consultative approach to lead clients toward better outcomes
• Technical proficiency navigating complex software ecosystems and data flows between treasury systems, banks, and ERPs
• Strong communication translating technical concepts for CFO audiences
• Deep knowledge of cash management, payments, risk, or hedge accounting
• Experience with Corporate Treasury, Accounting, and/or Finance discussions

Responsibilities

• Discovery & Strategy: Lead deep-dive discovery sessions to uncover client pain points, workflows, and technical requirements
• Solution Architecture: Design and document the To-Be state, determining the optimal configuration of Ripple Treasury’s suite
• Trusted Advisory: Guide clients through treasury best practices and modernize legacy processes
• Implementation & Configuration: Hands-on configuration to align setup with strategic vision
• Enablement & Training: Deliver high-impact training to maximize ROI
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Sales, Product, and Engineering to feed client feedback into the roadmap
