Ripple Inc. is seeking a Professional Services Consultant in San Francisco to bridge cutting-edge treasury technology with client business goals.

You will deeply understand client environments, prescribe best practices, and architect configurations that transform treasury operations into a highly efficient function. You’ll lead discovery, design the To-Be state, guide finance teams through modernization, and implement configurations while partnering with Sales, Product, and Engineering to shape

Qualifications

• 3+ years in client-facing solution consulting or software implementations in ERP or SaaS
• Ability to translate complex concepts for CFOs and business leaders
• Experience navigating complex software ecosystems and data flows between treasury systems, banks, and ERPs
• Strong communication skills to simplify tech-speak for finance teams
• Deep Treasury domain knowledge in cash, payments, risk, or hedge accounting
• Financial fluency with Corporate Treasury, Accounting, or Finance context

Responsibilities

• Lead deep-dive discovery sessions to uncover client pain points, workflows, and requirements
• Design the To-Be state and optimal configuration of Ripple Treasury for client goals
• Act as a trusted advisor guiding treasury best practices and modernization
• Hands-on configuration of the platform aligning setup with strategic vision
• Deliver high-impact training to empower users and maximize ROI
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to feed client feedback and influence roadmap
