Ripple Treasury (formerly GTreasury) is seeking a Professional Services Consultant in San Francisco, CA to bridge cutting-edge treasury technology with real-world finance goals. You will understand client environments, prescribe industry best practices, and architect configurations that boost treasury efficiency.

You will lead discovery, design the To-Be state, and guide clients through implementation, training, and cross-functional collaboration—delivering measurable ROI and value.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in client-facing solution consulting and/or software implementations in ERP or SaaS.
• Consultative approach: challenge the status quo and guide clients to better outcomes.
• Technical proficiency in navigating complex software ecosystems and data flows between treasury systems, banks, and ERPs.
• Strong communication: translate technical concepts into CFO-friendly language.
• Treasury domain expertise: cash management, payments, risk, or hedge accounting.
• Financial fluency: discuss cash flow, debt, and financial risk with corporate treasury/finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead deep-dive discovery sessions to uncover client pain points and requirements.
• Design and document the To-Be state and optimal Ripple Treasury configuration.
• Act as trusted advisor on treasury best practices and modernization of legacy processes.
• Hands-on implementation and configuration of the platform to meet strategic goals.
• Facilitate training to maximize client ROI and user adoption.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to gather feedback for the roadmap.
