Ripple Treasury provides integrated SaaS treasury and risk management solutions to digital treasurers globally. As a Professional Services Consultant, you will be the bridge between cutting-edge technology and clients’ financial goals, deeply understanding business environments and architecting tailored configurations for treasury efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in client-facing solution consulting and/or software implementations, specifically in ERP or SaaS.
• Consultative approach: you challenge the status quo and guide clients toward better outcomes.
• Technical proficiency navigating complex software ecosystems and data flows between treasury systems, banks, and ERPs.
• Excellent communication: translate tech-speak to CFO-speak and present complex concepts clearly.
• Treasury domain expertise: cash management, payments, risk, or hedge accounting.
• Financial fluency: experience with Corporate Treasury, Accounting, or Finance concepts.

Responsibilities

• Discovery & Strategy: lead deep-dive discovery sessions to uncover client pain points and requirements.
• Solution Architecture: design the To-Be state and configure Ripple Treasury to meet goals.
• Trusted Advisory: guide clients through treasury best practices and modernize processes.
• Implementation & Configuration: hands-on platform setup aligned with strategy.
• Enablement & Training: deliver training to maximize ROI.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with Sales, Product, and Engineering to feed product roadmap.
