Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in client-facing solution consulting and/or software implementations, specifically in ERP or SaaS.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into CFO-friendly language.
• Deep knowledge of cash management, payments, risk, or hedge accounting.

Responsibilities

• Discovery & Strategy: Lead deep-dive discovery sessions to uncover client pain points, workflows, and technical requirements.
• Solution Architecture: Design and document the To-Be state, determining optimal configuration of Ripple Treasury’s suite.
• Trusted Advisory: Guide clients through treasury best practices and modernize legacy processes.
• Implementation & Configuration: Hands-on configuration of the platform to match strategic goals.
• Enablement & Training: Deliver training to empower users and maximize ROI.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Sales, Product, and Engineering to inform product roadmap.
