Job summary

Ripple Inc. in New York seeks a Professional Services Consultant to bridge our treasury software with client goals.

You’ll translate complex needs into configurations that optimize cash, payments and risk management, acting as a digital architect and trusted advisor. You’ll lead discovery, design the To-Be state, configure Ripple Treasury, train users, and collaborate with Sales, Product and Engineering to shape the roadmap.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in client-facing solution consulting and/or software implementations, specifically in ERP or SaaS
• Consultative approach to challenge status quo and guide clients to better outcomes
• Technical proficiency navigating complex software ecosystems and understanding data flows between treasury systems, banks, and ERPs
• Communication skills translating tech-speak into CFO-speak and making complex financial concepts accessible
• Treasury domain expertise with deep knowledge of cash management, payments, risk or hedge accounting
• Financial fluency with Corporate Treasury, Accounting and/or Finance, discussing cash flow, debt and risk

Responsibilities

• Discovery & Strategy: Lead deep-dive discovery sessions to uncover client pain points, workflows, and technical requirements
• Solution Architecture: Design and document the To-Be state and optimal configuration to meet client goals
• Trusted Advisory: Guide clients through treasury best practices and modernization of legacy processes
• Implementation & Configuration: Configure the platform to align with strategic vision
• Enablement & Training: Deliver high-impact training to maximize ROI for clients
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to feedback into the roadmap
