Qualifications

• 5+ years of treasury sales and industry experience.
• 3+ years of demonstrated leadership experience driving new business and relationships.
• Deep knowledge of treasury products and solutions.
• Excellent client management and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, hire, and manage a team of Treasury associates and analysts to drive revenue and client experience.
• Develop relationships with bankers, client service, product leadership, and implementation teams.
• Direct client interaction focused on client experience and outcomes.
• Monitor staff performance, coaching, recognition, and feedback.
• Build collaborative internal relationships with Treasury sales teams and partners.
• Participate in partner meetings and communicate key Treasury Management messages.
• Apply risk management protocols and adhere to regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement client, market, people, and business strategies.
