JPMorgan Chase & Co. in the United States seeks a Treasury Sales Group Manager to lead and develop Treasury Management Associates and Analysts. You will drive revenue, strengthen client relationships, and guide partnerships across product leadership and implementation teams.

You will mentor staff, deliver training, and coordinate with internal partners to execute market strategies while upholding rigorous risk and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of treasury sales experience
• 3+ years of leadership experience driving new business and relationships
• Deep knowledge of treasury products and solutions
• Excellent client management skills
• Ability to communicate and present to large groups
• Demonstrated sales coaching abilities

Responsibilities

• Lead, hire, and manage a team of Treasury associates to drive revenue and client experience
• Lead with direction to build internal and external relationships
• Direct client interaction focused on client experience
• Deliver training from new hire matriculation and ongoing mentoring
• Monitor staff performance and provide feedback
• Build collaborative internal relationships with Treasury Sales teams and bankers
• Participate in partner meetings and communicate Treasury Management messages
• Apply sound risk management and adhere to regulatory requirements
• Develop and implement client, market, people, and business strategies
