Qualifications

• 10+ years of cash management, sales and relationship management experience.
• Experience developing new business with strong selling and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of Treasury Service products, credit and risk processes, overdraft management, and pricing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with clients, COIs, and external consultants.
• Strong time management, organization, and planning skills.
• Record of meeting or exceeding sales goals as a top contributor.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue by prospecting and sourcing new treasury management business, while retaining client relationships.
• Develop strategic dialogues on client issues, benchmarking, and solution positioning.
• Collaborate with bankers and clients at senior levels to provide integrated treasury solutions.
• Lead business process reviews and engage industry solution specialists for complex reviews.
• Propose new solutions and represent client perspective to product stakeholders.
• Deliver market thought leadership through roundtables, conferences, webinars and media.
• Manage non‑credit risk and monitor profitability of assigned relationships.
