Job summary

JPMorganChase in New York is seeking a Treasury Sales Group Manager to lead and develop Treasury Management Associates and an Analyst group. You will guide a team focused on delivering exceptional client experience while mitigating risk and partnering with bankers, client service, product leadership, and implementation teams.

You will execute a market-localized strategy, develop relationships, and drive revenue through leadership and collaboration in a complex wholesale banking environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of treasury sales and industry experience.
• 3+ years of demonstrated leadership experience driving new business and partnerships.
• Deep knowledge of treasury products and solutions.
• Excellent client management and communication skills.
• Demonstrated sales coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, hire, and manage a team of Treasury associates to drive revenue and client experience.
• Coordinate with internal partners to deliver treasury solutions and risk management.
• Direct client interaction focused on delivering exceptional client experience.
• Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and feedback.
• Build collaborative relationships with Treasury Sales Team, bankers, and product leadership.
• Communicate key Treasury Management messages in a timely and accurate manner.
