Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of cash management, sales and relationship management experience.
• Proven ability to source new treasury management business.
• Knowledge of Treasury Service products, credit and risk processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build strong client relationships with COIs.
• Strong time management and planning skills.
• Track record of meeting sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue by prospecting and sourcing new treasury management business while retaining and expanding existing client relationships.
• Create strategic dialogues around client issues, benchmarking, opportunity quantification and solution positioning.
• Collaborate with bankers and clients to provide integrated treasury solutions in a consultative framework.
• Lead business process reviews aligned to client opportunities with industry solutions specialists.
• Raise new solution ideas and work with product teams on evolution of complex products.
• Deliver thought leadership to market, prospects and clients on working capital solutions.
• Manage non-credit risk for the customer portfolio and monitor profitability of relationships.
