Job summary

JPMorganChase in San Francisco is seeking a Treasury Management Officer in Commercial Banking to generate new treasury management business and deepen client relationships. You will leverage deep product knowledge to develop a localized market strategy and collaborate with Bankers, Client Service, Product Leadership and Implementation teams.

You will guide clients on working capital solutions, manage non-credit risk, and lead cross-functional reviews to optimize client profitability and cash

Qualifications

• 10+ years of cash management, sales and relationship management experience.
• Success developing new business with focus on prospecting utilizing strong selling and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge and understanding of Treasury Service products, credit and risk process, overdraft management discipline, and pricing philosophy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to develop strong working relationships with clients, colleagues, external centers of influence (COI), and external consulting organization.
• Strong time management, organizational and planning skills.
• Demonstrated experience of meeting or exceeding sales goals; proven top individual contributor.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue by prospecting and sourcing new treasury management business while retaining and expanding existing customer relationships.
• Create strategic dialogues around client-centric issues, benchmarking, opportunity quantification and solution positioning.
• Collaborate with bankers and clients at senior and strategic levels to provide integrated treasury solutions in a consultative framework.
• Lead business process reviews aligned to key client sales opportunities and engage industry solutions specialist for complex reviews.
• Raise new solution ideas while partnering with internal product stakeholders to represent the client perspective in development of complex products.
• Deliver thought leadership to the market, prospects and clients on working capital solutions at roundtables, conferences, webinars, and media platforms.
• Manage the non-credit risk for customer portfolio and monitor and enhance profitability.
