• 6+ years of cash management, sales and relationship management experience.
• Strong selling and negotiation skills demonstrated by sales performance.
• Knowledge of Treasury Service products, credit and risk processes, overdraft management, and pricing philosophy.

Responsabilités

• Grow revenue by prospecting and sourcing new treasury management business while retaining and expanding existing customer relationships.
• Create strategic dialogues around client issues, benchmarking, opportunity quantification and solution positioning.
• Collaborate with bankers and clients at senior levels to provide integrated treasury solutions in a consultative framework.
• Lead business process reviews aligned to key client sales opportunities and engage solution specialists for complex reviews.
• Raise new solution ideas and partner with product stakeholders to reflect client perspectives in product evolution.
• Deliver thought leadership to market, prospects and clients on working capital solutions at events and webinars.
• Manage non-credit risk for client portfolio and monitor profitability of relationships.
