Job summary

JPMorganChase in San Francisco seeks a seasoned Treasury Management Officer to grow treasury solutions and maintain key client relationships within Commercial Banking. You will leverage deep product knowledge to execute localized market strategies and collaborate with Bankers, Service, Product Leadership and Implementation teams.

The role focuses on driving revenue, leading client dialogues, and delivering integrated treasury solutions while managing risk and profitability of portfolios.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of cash management, sales and relationship management experience.
• Strong selling and negotiation skills for new business development.
• Knowledge of Treasury Service products, credit and risk processes, overdraft management, and pricing philosophy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to develop strong relationships with clients, COIs, and external consultancies.
• Strong time management, organization and planning skills.
• Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales goals as a top contributor.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue by prospecting and sourcing new treasury management business while retaining and expanding existing client relationships.
• Create strategic dialogues around client issues, benchmarking, opportunity quantification and solution positioning.
• Collaborate with bankers and clients at senior levels to provide integrated treasury solutions.
• Lead business process reviews aligned to sales opportunities and engage solution specialists for complex reviews.
• Raise new solution ideas and partner with product stakeholders to reflect client perspectives in development.
• Deliver thought leadership on working capital solutions at market events and webinars.
• Manage non-credit risk and monitor profitability of assigned relationships.
