Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Dallas seeks a Treasury Management Officer to generate new treasury management business and maintain client relationships. You will leverage deep treasury product knowledge to develop market strategies and partner with Bankers, Client Service, Product Leadership, and Implementation teams.

You will lead strategic client dialogues, collaborate across teams, and deliver integrated cash management solutions while managing risk and profitability.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of cash management, sales and relationship management experience.
• Strong prospecting, selling and negotiation skills to grow new business.
• Knowledge of Treasury Service products, credit and risk processes, overdraft discipline, pricing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build strong client relationships with COIs and consultants.
• Strong time management, organizational and planning abilities.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals as a top performer.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue by prospecting and sourcing new treasury management business and expanding relationships.
• Create strategic dialogues around client issues and solutions.
• Collaborate with bankers, clients and product leadership to provide integrated treasury solutions.
• Lead business process reviews and engage solution experts for complex reviews.
• Raise solution ideas with product stakeholders representing client perspective.
• Deliver thought leadership on working capital solutions at events and forums.
• Manage non-credit risk and monitor profitability of relationships.
