Job summary

You will collaborate with bankers, service teams, and product leadership to tailor cash management and working capital solutions, delivering value in a competitive market.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of cash management, sales and relationship management experience.
• Knowledge of Treasury Service products, credit and risk process, overdraft management, and pricing philosophy.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue by prospecting and sourcing new treasury management business while retaining and expanding existing customer relationships.
• Create strategic dialogues around client-centric issues, benchmarking, opportunity quantification and solution positioning.
• Collaborate with bankers and clients at senior levels to provide integrated treasury solutions in a consultative framework.
• Lead business process reviews aligned to key client sales opportunities and engage industry solutions specialist for complex reviews.
• Raise new solution ideas and partner with product stakeholders to represent the client perspective in product evolution.
• Deliver thought leadership to market, prospects and clients on working capital solutions via roundtables, conferences, webinars, and media platforms.
• Manage the non-credit risk for customer portfolio and monitor profitability.
