Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Treasury Management Officer in Commercial Banking to generate new treasury management business and deepen client relationships.

You will leverage deep product knowledge to develop market strategies and collaborate with Bankers, Client Service, Product Leadership and Implementation teams. You will grow revenue through prospecting, strategic client dialogues, and cross-functional collaboration while leading reviews and contributing to product evolution of treasury

Qualifications

• 10+ years of cash management, sales and relationship management experience.
• Success developing new business with focus on prospecting and strong selling skills.
• Knowledge and understanding of Treasury Service products, credit and risk process, overdraft management, and pricing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to develop strong client relationships with COIs and external consultants.
• Strong time management, organizational and planning skills.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue by prospecting and sourcing new treasury management business while retaining and expanding existing client relationships.
• Create strategic dialogues around client-centric issues with benchmarking, quantification and solution positioning.
• Collaborate with bankers and clients at senior levels to provide integrated treasury solutions within a consultative framework.
• Lead business process reviews aligned to key client sales opportunities and engage industry solution specialists for complex reviews.
• Raise new solution ideas and represent client perspectives in product evolution of complex solutions.
• Deliver thought leadership to market, prospects and clients on working capital solutions.
