Qualifications

• 6+ years of cash management, sales and relationship management experience.
• Proven ability to develop new business and meet sales goals.
• Strong understanding of treasury service products, pricing and risk processes.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue by prospecting and sourcing new treasury management business while expanding current relationships.
• Lead strategic discussions with clients on working capital and treasury solutions.
• Collaborate with bankers and clients at senior levels to provide integrated treasury solutions.
• Coordinate with product and implementation teams to deliver client-focused outcomes.
• Present thought leadership on market trends at events and client roundtables.
• Monitor portfolio profitability and manage non-credit risk across relationships.
