Busey Bank in Missouri seeks a Treasury Management Portfolio Manager to drive treasury management fee income, deposits, and product penetration across a portfolio of existing clients. You will lead cross-sell efforts and coordinateTreasury Management implementations from proposal to completion.

Responsibilities include preparing pricing models, presenting solutions, and referring opportunities to FirsTech when applicable. Strong communication and banking expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent banking/sales experience.
• 3+ years banking experience; Treasury Management experience and/or payment technology sales required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage and cross-sell into an existing Treasury Management client portfolio to drive income, deposits and product penetration.
• Proactively schedule and attend sales calls with clients and partners.
• Lead annual Treasury Management client reviews and upsell services.
• Prepare treasury and card pricing/profitability models, proposals, and reviews.
• Identify opportunities for merchant services and referrals to FirsTech.
• Coordinate and conduct product demonstrations for clients.
• Maintain CRM data and oversee Treasury Management implementations.
