Busey Bank in Florida is seeking a Treasury Management Executive to drive treasury management fee income, deposit growth and product penetration across an existing client portfolio. You will collaborate with commercial relationship managers to win new business.

Responsibilities include conducting annual client reviews, preparing pricing models and proposals, identifying merchant services opportunities, and coordinating product demonstrations while maintaining CRM data and adhering to regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Advanced knowledge of TM products, commercial payments and banking.
• Experience with electronic banking platforms and other financial services.
• Knowledge of compliance regulations.

Responsibilities

• Cross-sell into an existing portfolio to drive treasury and card fee income, deposits and product penetration.
• Collaborate with relationship managers to develop new business with prospective clients.
• Schedule and lead sales calls and client reviews.
• Prepare pricing/profitability models, proposals and payment cycle reviews.
• Identify merchant services opportunities and refer to FirsTech.
• Maintain CRM data and develop account strategies.
