Job summary

Busey Bank is seeking a Treasury Management Executive to drive treasury management fee income, grow deposits, and expand product penetration across an assigned client portfolio. You will partner with commercial relationship managers to win new business and coordinate pricing, proposals and client reviews.

Ideal candidates have strong sales, regulatory knowledge, and expertise in TM products, electronic banking platforms and banking services.

• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Advanced knowledge of TM products, commercial payments and banking.
• Electronic business banking platforms and other financial services.
• Compliance regulations.

Responsibilities

• Cross-sell into an existing Treasury Management client portfolio to drive fee income, deposits and product penetration.
• Collaborate with commercial relationship managers to develop new business with prospects.
• Schedule and attend client sales calls and follow-up from reviews.
• Prepare treasury and commercial card pricing, profitability models, proposals and presentations.
• Identify merchant services and receivables opportunities and refer to FirsTech.
• Meet regularly with line of business partners to discuss referrals and market trends.
• Coordinate RFPs, pitch books and contract negotiations with internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate product demonstrations for clients.
• Gather data and documents for new client Treasury Management implementations.
• Maintain CRM data, develop account strategies, and log calls.
