Job summary

Busey Bank is seeking a Treasury Management Services Supervisor to lead a multifunctional Operations team. The role focuses on risk management, client implementations, onboarding, and QA to ensure a superior client experience throughout the Treasury Management lifecycle.

Candidate will coach staff, drive efficiency, and maintain strong regulatory and policy adherence while coordinating with Treasury Product for client education and materials.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective leadership and management abilities.
• Solid knowledge of Treasury Management products and services.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce/nCino is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, develop, and manage a team of Treasury Management Operations professionals.
• Train and guide team members on laws, regulations, risk identification, software updates.
• Communicate performance expectations and address deficiencies in a timely manner.
• Establish performance standards, service levels, and accountability measures.
• Monitor staffing, workload, productivity, and service level adherence.
• Identify operational improvements and drive process efficiency.
• Maintain current product and process knowledge; oversee onboarding and implementation for Treasury Management clients.
• Ensure timely setup of Treasury Management products and services; oversee maintenance and QA.
• Monitor onboarding metrics and work to reduce implementation timelines.
• Resolve escalated client issues and risks; provide timely management reporting.
• Support risk management activities, including NACHA Rules updates and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with Treasury Product to ensure client education materials and communications are in place.
• Develop and maintain policies and procedures; stay aligned with regulatory expectations.
