Job summary

Busey Bank is seeking a Treasury Management Executive II to lead new business development and grow a portfolio of Treasury Management clients. You will drive fee income, deposits, and product penetration while coordinating with cross-functional partners and maintaining CRM data.

The role requires a strong background in treasury management, payments, and sales, along with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with emphasis on Finance or Business.
• 6–8 years Treasury Management and/or payment technology sales with quota.
• CTP certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead new business development with prospective clients to drive fee income and deposits.
• Cross-sell into an existing TM client portfolio to grow treasury and card income.
• Schedule and lead client calls and annual reviews.
• Prepare pricing, proposals and profitability analyses.
• Identify merchant services opportunities and refer to FirsTech.
• Coordinate RFPs, pitch books and contract negotiations.
• Maintain CRM data and develop account strategies.
• Demonstrate products and communicate complex solutions clearly.
• Represent Busey Bank's Treasury Management team professionally.
