Job summary

Busey is seeking a Treasury Management Portfolio Manager in the United States to grow and manage a portfolio of Treasury Management clients. You will drive fee income, deposits and product penetration while coordinating with bank partners on referrals and implementations.

Responsibilities include preparing pricing models, presenting proposals, guiding deployments, and cross-selling TM services. A bachelor’s degree and 3+ years banking experience are required, with strong communication and MS

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s degree with emphasis on Finance or Business or previous banking and sales experience.
• 3+ years banking experience; Treasury Management experience and/or payment technology sales required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and electronic banking platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage and cross-sell into an existing portfolio of Treasury Management clients to drive treasury and card fee income, deposit growth and product penetration.
• Proactively schedule sales calls with assigned clients and attend calls scheduled by partners.
• Prepare pricing/profitability models, proposals and reviews for Treasury Management.
• Identify opportunities for merchant services and referrals to FirsTech.
• Serve as main contact on small business referrals and lead from proposal to implementation.
• Coordinate RFPs, pitch books, and contract negotiation with internal stakeholders.
• Maintain client data in CRM and oversee Treasury Management workflow for new implementations.
