Job summary

Turner Construction Company seeks a seasoned VDC professional for a full-time traveling assignment to support Advanced Technology projects, including Data Centers, Pharma, Industrial, and EV opportunities.

You will lead BIM coordination meetings, review design models on site, and work with stakeholders using Navisworks, Revit, AutoCAD and ACC to deliver coordinated constructible models and drive value across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in VDC or related field with minimum 4 years’ experience or equivalent.
• CM-BIM designation preferred and ongoing education credits.
• Ability to read and interpret contract docs, drawings, specs and schedules.
• Knowledge of industry standards and BIM software tools.
• Strong communication and collaborative problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead VDC coordination meetings with stakeholders and track action items.
• Coordinate BIM processes, submittals, and RFIs to support construction.
• Prepare and review BIM coordination deliverables and schedules.
• Develop on-site presence to resolve constructability issues with the team.
• Support continuous improvement of VDC tools and workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams; maintain documentation control.
