Job summary

Turner Construction Company seeks an experienced project professional for a full-time traveling role supporting Advanced Technology projects, including data centers. You will coordinate with field operations to ensure information flow is delivered, understood and implemented across the project team.

The position requires a Bachelor’s Degree plus eight years of related experience, strong leadership, and proficiency with BIM and Lean techniques; travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; eight years' related experience recommended.
• Strong computer skills; familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to implement BIM and Lean to benefit the project.
• Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop knowledge of contract documents and project plans.
• Lead and develop Turner engineering staff; conduct performance appraisals.
• Ensure safety, ethics and compliance at all times.
• Communicate information among all project team members.
