Turner Construction Company is seeking a seasoned VDC/BIM Lead for a traveling, full-time assignment supporting advanced technology projects, including data centers. The role involves coordinating BIM models on site, leading VDC workflows, and collaborating with design partners and trades.

Requires a Bachelor’s in VDC or related field with 4+ years’ experience, strong BIM software skills, and proficiency in Dynamo/Python scripting. Travel 70–80% to multiple project sites nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in VDC or related field with 4+ years of experience
• Ability to read and interpret contract documents, drawings and schedules
• Knowledge of industry standards and BIM software tools
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Basic scripting/coding (Dynamo, Python) a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead VDC coordination meetings with stakeholders
• Coordinate BIM models for construction on project sites
• Manage submittals, RFIs, and change management processes
• Develop BIM execution plans and 4D sequencing
• Support continuous improvement and sharing lessons learned
