Job summary

The Reynolds and Reynolds Company seeks a field-focused Training Specialist to drive customer success through software conversions and hands-on training. You will travel extensively to dealership locations, customize the system to meet each client’s needs, and train users on how to operate the solution.

When not traveling, you will support existing customers from your home office, handle follow-ups, and prepare for upcoming installations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel 80% of the time.
• Outgoing, friendly personality.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have reliable home internet with sufficient bandwidth for video conferencing.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with conversion and training on Reynolds software.
• Travel to dealership sites (approximately 80%) to install and customize the system.
• Provide training to key dealership personnel and understand dealership needs.
• Support current customers from home office when not on site and prepare for future trips.
