Job summary

Reynolds and Reynolds is seeking a Training Specialist to help customers smoothly adopt our software. You will travel to dealerships, customize the system to meet management needs, and train key personnel on daily use.

When not on the road, you will support existing customers from your home office, prepare for upcoming trips, and conduct post-install follow-ups. This role requires excellent presentation and communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel 80% of the time.
• Outgoing, friendly personality.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites for installation and training.
• Customize the system and train dealership personnel.
• Support current customers from home office when not on-site.
• Follow up with recently installed customers.
