Job summary

The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is seeking a Training professional to help customers convert to our software and provide training and support throughout the process.

You will travel about 80% of the time, meeting dealership management to understand needs, customize the system, and train key personnel. When not traveling, you will support customers from a home office and prepare for future trips.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel ~80% of the time.
• Outgoing, friendly personality.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have reliable home internet with sufficient bandwidth for video conferencing

Responsibilities

• Travel to dealerships to install and convert software.
• Customize the system and train dealership personnel.
• Support current customers from home office when not on site.
• Prepare for future trips and conduct follow-ups with customers
