Job summary

The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is seeking a Training professional to help customers convert to our software and train dealership personnel. You will travel extensively, customizing the system to meet each dealership's needs and delivering effective training sessions.

When not on client sites, you will support current customers from your home office and prepare for upcoming engagements. The role emphasizes strong communication, reliability, and the ability to manage multiple customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel 80% of the time.
• Outgoing, friendly personality.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have reliable transportation as well as a valid driver's license.
• Must have reliable home internet with sufficient bandwidth for video conferencing.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites for installation and conversion of the Reynolds and Reynolds software (approx. 80% travel).
• Present to dealership management to understand needs and customize the system.
• Train key dealership personnel on how to use the solution.
• Provide ongoing support and perform follow-ups from home office when not on site.
