Job summary

Reynolds and Reynolds is seeking a Training Specialist to connect customers to our software and guide them through the conversion process. You will travel about 80% of the time to install, customize, and train dealership personnel, meeting management to assess needs and tailor the system.

When not traveling you will support existing customers from your home office, prepare for upcoming trips, and follow up with recently installed customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel 80% of the time.
• Outgoing, friendly personality.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have reliable transportation as well as a valid driver’s license, with fewer than two moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years.
• Must have reliable home internet with sufficient bandwidth for video conferencing.

Responsibilities

• Travel ~80% to install and convert customer software and train dealership personnel.
• Meet with dealership management to assess needs and customize the system.
• Train key dealership personnel on how to use the solution.
