Job summary

REYNOLDS & REYNOLDS CO is seeking a Training professional to facilitate smooth transitions to our software for automotive dealerships. The role requires extensive travel to customer sites to install and convert the Reynolds system and to train dealership personnel on its use.

When not on site, you will support existing customers from a home office, prepare for upcoming trips, and conduct post-install follow-ups to ensure continued satisfaction and effective utilization of the solution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel 80% of the time.
• Outgoing, friendly personality.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have reliable transportation as well as a valid driver’s license, with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years.
• Must have reliable home internet with sufficient bandwidth for video conferencing.

Responsibilities

• Travel about 80% of the time to install and convert software for customers.
• Customize the system based on dealership needs and train key personnel.
• Support current customers from home office when not on site, and prepare for future trips.
• Conduct follow-ups with recently installed customers.
