Job summary

Axon is seeking a Software Technical Account Manager (Traveling) who will be the primary technical contact for assigned US law enforcement agencies, owning deployments, adoption, and outcomes. This role requires up to 80% travel and will be based within an hour of an Axon Hub location.

You will collaborate across Product, Engineering, Support, and Services to diagnose and resolve complex issues, guide deployments, and ensure technical health.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical account management or similar customer-facing delivery roles (4+ years).
• Experience with SaaS deployments, cloud platforms, or integrated tech environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
• Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating across multiple teams to solve customer challenges.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned agencies.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across Axon's software and integrated solutions.
• Lead technical troubleshooting and coordinate root-cause analysis with cross-functional teams.
• Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution of customer-impacting issues.
• Develop and maintain customer-facing documentation and best practices.
