Job summary

Axon seeks a senior leader to drive deployment health, adoption, and value across public-safety engagements. You will mentor Technical Account Managers and Mission Engineers, coordinating with Sales, Product, and Engineering to deliver measurable outcomes for agencies.

You will operate regionally in the Southeast US with up to 40% travel, and report to the Senior Director, Customer Deployment & Technical Account Management, while guiding a team of individual contributors.

Qualifications

• Typically 7+ years in customer-facing technical delivery with 3+ years leading individual contributors.
• Coaching and mentoring record demonstrated by growth, shipped work, or raised standards.
• Technical range across hardware, software, cloud, networking, and integrations; ability to evaluate technical work and speak with agency IT.
• Ability to obtain and maintain CJIS compliance and model thoughtful security judgment.

Responsibilities

• Own portfolio outcomes and accountable for deployment health, adoption, and time-to-value.
• Coach and mentor TAMs and Mission Engineers to deepen technical range and executive presence.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Support, PSO, and Customer Success to align customer realities with Axon.
• Share field insights with Product and Engineering on adoption drivers and platform improvements.
