Qualifications

• 7+ years in customer-facing technical delivery with leadership experience.
• Proven ability to coach and mentor actionable growth in teams.
• Strong technical breadth across hardware, software, cloud, and networks.
• Comfortable communicating with executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own portfolio outcomes and drive deployment health and adoption.
• Partner with sales, product, engineering, and customer success.
• Coach and develop TAMs and Mission Engineers for executive presence.
• Build playbooks, dashboards, and scalable processes.
