Job summary

Axon is hiring a Technical Account Manager to lead technical delivery for public safety agencies. You will partner with deployment, product, engineering, and support teams to ensure successful adoption, integration, and operation of Axon solutions in customer environments.

You will build strong customer relationships, provide guidance on capabilities, and help optimize workflows while maintaining CJIS compliance. On-site engagement with travel is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical account management or similar customer-facing technical delivery roles.
• Background in SaaS deployments, cloud platforms, or integrated technology environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
• Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work across multiple teams to deliver outcomes.
• Familiarity with networking, cloud technologies, and enterprise software environments.
• Willingness to work on-site with travel and maintain CJIS compliance when required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned agencies.
• Diagnose and resolve complex issues across Axon's software and integrations.
• Lead troubleshooting and coordinate cross-functional root-cause analysis.
• Manage escalations and ensure timely resolutions for customer-impacting issues.
• Design, configure, test, and implement Axon solutions with deployment teams.
• Support onboarding and transition to steady-state operations and adoption.
• Build trusted relationships with agency stakeholders and provide product guidance.
• Utilize Power BI, SQL, and dashboards to support insights and decision-making.
