Job summary

Axon in Albuquerque seeks a Software Technical Account Manager to deploy and optimize mission-critical Axon technology on-site with public safety agencies. You will partner with deployment, product, engineering, and support teams to ensure successful implementations and sustained value.

You will lead technical engagements, drive adoption, and help agencies integrate analytics and workflows into daily operations, traveling as needed to customer sites.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in technical account management or similar, with SaaS deployments.
• Experience supporting public safety or mission-critical environments is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
• Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfort working with cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, and Support.
• Willingness to travel on-site as needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned agencies.
• Diagnose and resolve complex issues across Axon software and integrated solutions.
• Lead troubleshooting and coordinate cross-functional root-cause analysis.
• Manage escalations and ensure timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with deployment teams to design and implement Axon solutions.
• Support onboarding and transition to steady-state operations.
• Drive adoption and improve workflows within customer environments.
• Provide guidance on product capabilities and integration patterns.
• Maintain awareness of customer environments and evolving needs.
• Attend regular reviews focusing on technical health and outcomes.
