Job summary

Axon in Boise, Idaho, is hiring a Software Technical Account Manager to deploy, adopt, and operate Axon technology with public safety agencies. You will serve as a trusted technical partner, guiding deployments, adoption, and workflow optimization in customer environments.

The role requires strong troubleshooting, multi-team coordination, and the ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders. On-site work with travel and collaboration across Product, Engineering, and Support drive successful

Qualifications

• Experience in technical account management or similar roles.
• Experience with SaaS deployments and cloud environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and cross-team collaboration.
• Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working across multiple teams to solve customer challenges.
• Familiarity with networking concepts and enterprise software environments.
• CJIS compliance knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned agencies.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across Axon's software and integrated solutions.
• Lead technical troubleshooting efforts and coordinate root-cause analysis across Product, Engineering, Support, and Services teams.
• Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution of customer-impacting issues.
• Design, configure, test, and implement Axon solutions with deployment teams.
• Support onboarding and transition to steady-state operations.
• Help customers adopt new capabilities and incorporate technology into existing workflows.
• Provide guidance on product capabilities, integrations, and recommended usage patterns.
