JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Traveling Superintendent 2 - Justice to support a growing portfolio of justice projects nationwide. You will plan, manage and execute complex assignments, overseeing materials, equipment, people, and documentation to meet goals and profitability.

Role emphasizes safety culture, schedule management, budget control, and coordination with owners, design teams and authorities. Travel is inherent to support JE Dunn Justice clients across the United States.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of construction experience.
• 3+ years of field supervision experience.
• Experience with Lean principles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads safety culture and mentors staff across the project.
• Manages subcontractors and overall job workflow.
• Oversees staff, subcontractors, suppliers and QA/QC.
• Develops work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Coordinates logistics and care, custody of the site.
• Leads daily standup and progress meetings and reports.
