Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Traveling Superintendent 2 - Justice to support a growing portfolio of justice projects nationwide. You will oversee safety, scheduling, field operations and self-perform work across multiple sites, ensuring timely and profitable project delivery.

You will manage budgets, coordinate with owners, architects and authorities, and lead field teams through complex, high‑impact courthouse and corrections facilities projects while traveling as required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years construction experience
• 3+ years field supervision experience
• Experience with Justice/Corrections projects

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and mentor staff
• Manage subcontractors and overall workflow
• Oversee staff, subcontractors, and QA/QC programs
• Develop work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work
• Coordinate site care, custody and control and daily progress meetings
• Prepare and manage project schedules and reports
