Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Traveling Superintendent 2 - Justice to support projects for JE Dunn Justice clients across the United States. You will plan, manage and execute all aspects of assigned projects with some complexity, coordinating material, equipment and personnel to achieve timely, profitable completion while upholding JE Dunn's safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Experience with Lean principles and construction management practices.
• Experience on large or complex justice/corrections projects is a plus.
• Strong communication, scheduling and budgeting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and ensure injury-free environment on site.
• Manage subcontractors, staff and project workflow.
• Develop work plans and coordinate site logistics for self-performed work.
• Track progress, manage budgets and provide regular reports.
• Communicate with owners, design teams and authorities; participate in project meetings.
