Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Traveling Superintendent 2 - Justice to support a growing portfolio of justice/corrections projects nationwide. You will plan, manage and execute all aspects of assigned projects, including material/equipment, people management and documentation, to achieve timely and profitable completion.

The role requires coordinating with owners, design teams, and authorities, leading standups and trade meetings, and traveling as needed across the United States.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years construction experience.
• 3+ years field supervision experience.
• Experience with Lean principles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and ensure injury-free environment.
• Manage subcontractors and overall job workflow.
• Oversee staff, subcontractors, suppliers and programs (Safety, Quality, EEO).
• Develop work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Coordinate and manage project site care, custody and control.
