Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Traveling Superintendent 2 - Justice to join our nationwide team building courthouses and corrections facilities. You will plan, manage and execute complex assignments, overseeing materials, equipment and people while aligning with JE Dunn’s strategy and values.

You will lead safety initiatives, coordinate subcontractors and in-house staff, and drive schedule and cost control across projects in the Justice portfolio.

Qualifications

• 5+ years construction experience.
• 3+ years field supervision experience.
• Experience with Lean principles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and create injury-free environment; mentor staff.
• Manage subcontractors and overall job workflow.
• Oversee staff, subcontractors, suppliers and programs (Safety, Quality, EEO).
• Develop work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Coordinate site care, custody and control; manage project meetings.
• Prepare and monitor project schedule with Project Manager.
• Track progress and cost reports; ensure timely, profitable completion.
• Support project closeouts and document control.
