Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Traveling Superintendent 2 - Justice to support a growing portfolio of justice projects across the United States. You will plan, manage and execute all aspects of assigned projects, including safety, quality and schedule, while coordinating with owners, design teams and subcontractors.

This role requires strong leadership, field operations experience and travel readiness to oversee complex corrections facilities from coast to coast, ensuring timely, profitable

Qualifications

• 5+ years construction experience.
• 3+ years field supervision experience.
• Experience with Lean principles (Preferred).
• Prior experience working on large or complex Justice / Corrections construction project (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Leads safety culture and ensures injury-free environment.
• Manages subcontractors and organization of the overall job and workflow.
• Develops work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Coordinates and manages the care, custody and control of the project site.
• Leads various meetings including daily standup and weekly trade meetings.
• Manages project schedule and cost reporting.
