Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Traveling Superintendent 2 - Justice to support a growing portfolio of justice projects nationwide. You will plan, manage and execute all aspects of assigned projects, including safety, quality and scheduling, across diverse sites.

This role requires leading field teams, coordinating subcontractors, managing budgets and equipment, and liaising with owners, architects and authorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field is preferred.
• 5+ years construction experience and 3+ years field supervision experience.
• Lean principles experience preferred.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules and reports.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel across sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and ensure injury-free environment.
• Manage subcontractors and overall job workflow.
• Oversee staff, subcontractors, suppliers and QA/QC for projects.
• Develop work plans and coordinate site logistics.
• Maintain project schedules and documentation.
• Participate in project meetings and pursuit of project changes.
