Job summary

JE Dunn Construction seeks a Traveling Superintendent 2 - Justice to support national projects, including courthouses and corrections facilities. You will plan, manage and execute all aspects of assigned projects, including safety, staffing and documentation to meet project goals.

This role requires strong leadership across teams and effective coordination with owners and vendors. The position emphasizes managing material, equipment, scheduling, and compliance, while upholding JE Dunn’s values

Qualifications

• 5+ years construction experience.
• 3+ years field supervision experience.
• Experience with Lean principles (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and injury-free environment.
• Manage subcontractors and overall workflow.
• Oversee staff, subcontractors, suppliers and programs (Safety, QA/QC, EEO).
• Develop work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Coordinate project site care and control.
• Lead daily standup and weekly trade meetings.
