Job summary

JE Dunn Construction seeks a Traveling Superintendent 2 - Justice to support a growing portfolio of justice and corrections projects across the United States. You will plan, manage, and execute complex assignments, including material and equipment management, people supervision, and ensuring project goals are met on time and within budget.

You will coordinate with owners, design teams, and authorities, lead field meetings, and monitor QA/QC; travel and extended site presence are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex construction projects in justice/corrections environments.
• Strong understanding of safety culture and QA/QC processes.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors, budgets and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety initiatives and mentorship to maintain injury-free environment.
• Manage subcontractors, staff, suppliers and programs (Safety, Quality, EEO).
• Develop work plans and manage project site operations, including scheduling and cost reporting.
• Coordinate with owners, design teams, and authorities; manage project meetings and closeouts.
• Oversee formwork, tools, equipment, and procurement processes; track hours and costs.
