Job summary

JE Dunn Construction seeks a Traveling Superintendent 2 - Justice to lead complex projects across the United States. You will plan, manage, and execute multidimensional assignments, oversee material and equipment, and mentor field teams while aligning with JE Dunn’s safety standards and project objectives.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in construction with at least 3 years in supervision, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of construction experience with 3+ years in field supervision.
• Experience with Lean principles is preferred.
• Proficiency with project management and scheduling tools is implied by responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Leads safety culture and mentors staff to maintain an injury-free environment.
• Manages subcontractors and organizes overall job workflow.
• Oversees staff, subcontractors, suppliers and programs like Safety, Quality, and EEO.
• Develops work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Coordinates site care, custody and control; leads daily standups and weekly trade meetings.
• Maintains project schedule with Project Manager; monitors budget and costs.
