Job summary

ArchKey Solutions is seeking a Project Manager for Construction Technologies. This travel role is based on a national project site, with responsibilities spanning project initiation through completion, including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and coordination with subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in electrical, mechanical, or civil engineering, project management, business administration, construction management, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-5 years of project management experience.
• Minimum 2 years of project management work experience in construction (electrical distribution/substation, renewable energy, or related disciplines) may be required.
• Knowledge of and proficiency with project management tools and techniques, construction methods and materials, estimating, costing, power, lighting, systems design, and general industry safety standards, procedures, and OSHA regulations.
• Skills to read, interpret, and understand electrical contracts, plans, drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies and/or similar applications. Strong process orientation.

Responsibilities

• Directs all phases and activities of each project to achieve high quality and productivity.
• Prepares and manages project documents, schedules, budgets, and reports to support construction work.
• Secures subcontractors, procures materials, and negotiates with vendors.
• Conducts job site inspections and safety audits, ensuring compliance with contract documents and safety standards.
